The 2011 Arnold Sports Festival is rapidly approaching and if you’ve ever been in a previous year, the anticipation should be making you antsy by now. Each year they seem to improve upon this tremendous event and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved for always delivering the high quality we associate with the ASF. Thank you. And a special shout out to Brent LaLonde the man behind @ArnoldSports on Twitter and Arnold Sports Festival on Facebook – it’s no easy task keeping hungry competitors and fans in the loop.

Now on to getting that free Athlete’s Mentality sticker. As a way to thank you to those that compete and support competitive athletes I’ve had a limited number of stickers made up that I’ll be handing out during the ASF. To get a free sticker all you need to do is:

2. Share this article on Facebook. Sharing this article on Facebook is straight forward using the “Share” button below.
3. Come to the ASF and find me (Bobby)! I’ll be posting updates on the Athlete’s Mentality Facebook page and to Twitter @TeamAM as to my whereabouts. The stickers are in a limited quantity and it’s “first come first serve.” When they’re gone, they’re gone. Don’t miss out!
